Visit Gotham Greens’ technologically advanced rooftop greenhouse facility on top of Whole Foods Market’s Brooklyn Store, a global pioneer in the field of urban agriculture, followed by a walk-through to Smallhold’s instore facilities downstairs and a behind-the-scenes look inside their Smallhold’s HQ at Navy Yard, the first and only organic farm in NYC.
- 1pm: Coach departs from the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge.
- 1.30pm – 2.15pm: Visit Gotham Greens’ observation deck on the rooftop of Whole Foods Market in Brooklyn. Followed by a walk-through tour of Smallhold’s instore operation downstairs.
- 2.30pm – 3.15pm: Tour Small Hold’s HQ at the Navy Yard.
- 3.30pm: Coach returns to the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge for the start of the Indoor AgTech Innovation Summit.
